Job overview

As our Manager – Commercial Finance, you will be a strategic business partner responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across departments. You will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop complex financial models, and deliver actionable insights through analysis of financial performance.

Key responsibilities

Work on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across

departments.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-

making.

Analyse weekly / monthly financial performance and variances, provide

commentary and actionable recommendations.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Profit and loss, Marketing,

Tech, HR) to understand and support their financial needs.

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards

Measuring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior

management and to various departments

Identifying and driving initiatives to improve margins and profitability.

Prepare materials for monthly review with investors and executive briefings.

Improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to inform financial strategy.

Qualifications & skills required

CA or MBA in Finance

7-10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or corporate finance.

Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with financial

systems (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, Hyperion) is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced

environment.

Experience working in Ecommerce , Gaming companies, Start ups is a plus.
