Job descriptionEstablish project Revit / CAD system for all new projects with the Midlevel & Junior Architects. Maintains and complies with F+A's and client-specific standards (CAD, File Management, etc.) Participates in internal team meetings to help resolve project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns. Developing building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided softwares Coordinate with Architects and Architectural technicians on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation, and match or better F+A QA standards. Coordinate between Inter-disciplinary / Sub consultants and manage deliverables on schedule Other duties as requested from time to time.
SENIOR ARCHITECT
Bachelors / Masters in Architecture
Minimum of 8+ experience in Architectural Production department
Key Responsibilities
- Will be involved with the Chief Architect in the daily management of the workload, change management as the project progresses.
- Develop & manage project schedules and timelines
- Contribute to the documentation, dissemination, and monitoring of standards, best practices and industry advancements. Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify tasks and issues relating to project teams and collaboration;
identify and resolve project specific issues in setting up the Revit model.
