As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team based in Pune. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. You’ll help us achieve our goal of network automation which will allow faster time to market, reduce operational costs and increase productivity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Performing requirements analysis and documenting.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Working closely with clients, product owners and managerial staffs.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with 8+ years in a technology-driven role.
  • Experienced in eliciting, validating and documenting business requirement using various requirement gathering methods.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize requirements and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Proficient in creating detailed functional specifications, Jira dashboards, reports and giving presentations.
  • Experienced in creating dashboards / reports using Tableau.
  • Good experience working with tools like Jira, Jama, Adonis (any other BPMN tool), Balsamiq (any other wireframing tool), Grafana, Confluence etc.
  • Fundamental Analytical skills (including tools like SQL and Excel) and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experienced with concepts like Agile Methodologies, Design thinking.
  • Understanding of networking domain and technologies is an add-on.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
