Role : Associate Manager - AI Engineer

Description : We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that deliver significant business value. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps, coupled with a deep understanding of GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize AI / ML models for practical applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Innovate using advanced GenAI technologies (, LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs) to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI / CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
• Architect and deploy scalable, cost-effective AI / ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for seamless AI / ML integration into enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices in AI / ML development and deployment
• Develop and train Generative AI models
• Perform data analysis and prepare data for AI model training
• Integrate AI models with Snowflake, AWS and other systems
