Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the HomeComing program roadmap, including events, outreach campaigns, and engagement plans.
• Build relationships with NRI groups, alumni networks, industry bodies, government partners, and regional companies.
• Develop storytelling and communication campaigns to position the region as an emerging innovation hub.
• Drive community engagement through reunions, virtual showcases, and networking forums.
• Define KPIs, track progress, and submit periodic reports to leadership.
• Conduct market and talent research to strengthen program strategy.
