Job Title -Pre-Sales Executive – SaaS eCommerce

Experience- 2-4 years

Location - Mumbai

Notice Period- Immediate - 15 days

Primary Skills -  Saas, B2B, Pre Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Qualification & Client Engagement :
  • Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations :
  • Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
  • Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client

requirements.

  • Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.
  • Onboarding & Support :
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of the
  • platform.

  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.
  • Market & Competitive Research :
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Required Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS / eCommerce
  • experience preferred).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Work closely with the Product Team for product and feature enhancement.
