Job Title -Pre-Sales Executive – SaaS eCommerce
Experience- 2-4 years
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period- Immediate - 15 days

Responsibilities :
- Lead Qualification & Client Engagement :
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations :
- Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
- Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client
requirements.
Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.Onboarding & Support :Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of theplatform.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.Market & Competitive Research :Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.Required Skills
2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS / eCommerceexperience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.Work closely with the Product Team for product and feature enhancement.Requirements
