highly skilled Ticketing Executive

to join our growing travel team. If you’re experienced with

Galileo

(and ideally

Sabre

as well), passionate about delivering exceptional customer support, and confident handling complex ticketing scenarios, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Handle

ticketing, reissues, revalidations, and refunds

accurately and efficiently

Process

EMDs / EMCs, exchanges, voluntary / involuntary changes , and other ticketing requests

Support customers with any travel-related inquiries, ensuring fast and professional service

Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing issues

Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all PNR and GDS operations

Requirements

5–6 years of experience

in airline ticketing and reservations

Strong proficiency in

• Galileo (must-have) ;

Sabre knowledge is a plus

Solid understanding of airline fare rules, commissions, penalties, and refund / reissue logic

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive requests

Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up discipline
