The Position

Data Architecture and Technology (Advanced Skills) :

Build and maintain a unified view of the affiliates data architecture leveraging strong data engineering expertise to map data tables understand underlying schemas and oversee data flow across systems from source to warehouse ensuring clarity reliability and alignment with business needs while maintaining and upgrading ETL processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams partner with data governance data engineering analytics teams to ensure data pipelines definitions and reports align with data definitions to maintain consistency.

Comply with data governance practices flag gaps or redundancies in sources or processes or models and ensure the right stakeholders have timely accurate information to data gaps or weaknesses.

Stay informed on emerging trends in AI including Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) evolution and identify opportunities to apply them on underlying data models to solve business challenges.

Evaluate and champion tools technologies and cloud principles (storage compute cost optimization) that advance the affiliates data and AI maturity.

Identify learnings from global digital journeys and share Indias data-driven achievements across the organization.

Strategic Platform & Product Management (Foundational Skills) :

Can conceptualize and execute a roadmap for digital data and AI platforms to align with commercial decision-making needs.

Can connect and partner with business stakeholders and end-users to identify critical problems which can be solved using data and gather feedback to build a pipeline of high-impact data and AI use cases.

Can translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for data engineers solution architects and IT vendors.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI data products from initial concept and requirements gathering to rollout adoption and impact measurement.

Functional Competencies

Strategic Thinking : Strong ability to connect data capabilities directly to business outcomes and strategic priorities.

Bridging & Translation : Proven expertise in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions translating requirements effectively for different audiences.

Technical Acumen : Strong working knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL data warehousing) cloud ecosystems and AI / LLM applications in a business context.

Stakeholder Management : Established credentials in managing diverse stakeholders from senior leadership to end-users and technical experts.

Problem Solving & Analytical Skills : Excellent ability to frame complex problems perform critical analysis and drive towards a solution.

Project & Product Management : Prior product management exposure is highly preferred with demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Interpersonal skills & Integrity : Highly resourceful team-player who builds relationships with co-workers and external stakeholders with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service and response
