Payroll & Benefits Specialist (US Payroll & Benefits) – Bangalore | Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) Are you passionate about precision and employee experience? We’re looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US Payroll and Benefits administration to join our dynamic team in Bangalore .

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a role where Benefits administration would be 60% of the role , supporting our US employee base during the 6 PM to 3 AM IST shift .

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing (40%)

Accurately process US payroll on schedule, ensuring validation of employee data, deductions, and adjustments.

Reconcile payroll reports and support audits and compliance filings.

Respond to employee queries related to pay, tax withholdings, and payroll discrepancies.

Benefits Administration (60%)

Manage benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

Support year-end activities including W-2 / Tax filings and benefits renewals.

Process Improvement

Participate in system testing and process enhancement initiatives to improve payroll and benefits operations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of relevant experience in US payroll and / or benefits operations.

Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (e.G., ADP, Kronos) and proficiency in MS Excel.

Solid understanding of US statutory requirements including tax, social security, and benefits regulations.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

Shift Timing : 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US Time Zone Support)
