Business Traineeship

Community Solutions are seeking a Business Trainee that can demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative and the drive to complete a 12-month full time Traineeship to become a skilled administration super star! Based at Mackay Harbour, this 12-month Business Administration Traineeship is hosted with a large international business that has over 700 sites across Australia and New Zealand. The Mackay Harbour site specialises in road infrastructure with a workshop that services heavy vehicles & plant hire equipment.

What will you bring to the role?

The team will teach you during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for :

• An aspiration to work in an office environment
• An eye for detail & enjoys data entry tasks
• A team player!
• Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly
• Self-motivated and can work independently on delegated tasks
• Ability to work Monday to Friday full time 7am - 4pm
• Provide two references
• Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
• A keen attitude and a willingness to learn!

Who We Are?

Community Solutions  is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
