Job descriptionPrior experience in the Entertainment and Social Media industry. Managerial skills in representation and managing an Influencer and their digital work. Demonstrated ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions. Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills. Should have excellent time management and planning skills and can adhere to strict schedules and deadlines. Initiating, Mastering, and creative Ideation for Influencer-driven campaigns. Work well with other creative teams to integrate influencer involvement and promotion. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across organization media, legal, and finance. Relationship Management skills – Ability to plan, schedule, and effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand / agency partnerships earn a year. People person – Patiently understand different perspectives and build strong relationships. Excellent written and oral communication skills – You communicate clearly, whether over email, phone, or in person. Self-motivated – Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points. Job Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new creators.
- Strong time management and speed of delivery for all of the client’s requirements and briefs.
- Diplomacy and ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines for campaigns and daily briefs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A good network and understanding of digital Influencers.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
