Job Description

• Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meat individual / team targets and organization's business objectives.
• Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features / applications and developing sales.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Promotion of new concepts of technology / new products introduced by the division.
• Developing strategic technical sales tools / arguments for different products.
• Lost order analysis.
• Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas / customers.
• Resolution of customer complaints.
