Job descriptionResponsibilities : Design sketches, storyboards, art layouts to transform client's brief into meaningful visuals and communication. Leading the design team while being aware of brand guidelines and latest trends to engage the target audiences. Delegate responsibilities to design team members and provide result oriented creativity. To ensure that the designs planned are in tandem with brand guidelines and trends in the industry. Supervising daily workflow, managing project workloads, and monitoring deadlines. Should have a demonstrated track-record in mainline advertising (print). Should be able to think of multiple different approaches for a given brief Qualifications : 5-8 years' experience, particularly with, but not limited to print, web, social, and emerging technologies. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After-effects.
