Risk Management Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team and oversee safety operations across all our sites in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and fostering a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activity for safety related equipment.
• Carrying out General Work activity related to safety.
• Conducting routine inspection of premises and equipment.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Carry out safety related activities on a timely basis.
• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
• Inspecting and maintaining safety equipment.
• Maintaining Safety record and documentation, maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
• Document staff information, minutes of meeting and reports complied for management.
• Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
• Conducting Mock drill.
• Work permit approval on SAP.
• Train employees on safety procedures, compile safety programs.

Experience Required : Minimum 5 Years

Qualification Required : Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Certification Required : Recognized Safety Officer (Mandatory)
