Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Market Entry & Strategy Associate at bGlobal Consulting in India. The role is located in the Greater Delhi Area with opportunities for work from home. The Associate will be responsible for client acquisition, developing and implementing business strategies, and supporting company growth.
bGlobal Consulting is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Market Entry & Strategy Associate to support our growing international consulting practice. Based in Delhi NCR , this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business development instincts, a solid understanding of investment promotion, and a passion for global markets—particularly within the U.S.–India business corridor .
This position involves travel within India and may require working occasional U.S. time zone hours to support cross-border projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Operations
- Support strategic planning and execution across service areas
- Support project delivery, track milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Draft presentations, proposals, market briefs, and operational documentation
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities with corporations, economic development organizations, and trade institutionsLead prospect nurturing and relationship-building efforts across the sales funnelMaintain a pipeline of qualified leads and actively follow up to convert them into clientsRepresent the firm at industry events, webinars, and business networking forumsInvestment Promotion & International Expansion
Support client engagements related to market entry, site selection, and strategic growth in new geographiesConduct research on sector trends, government programs, and bilateral trade dynamicsAssist in organizing virtual and in-person trade missions and delegationsStakeholder Engagement
Manage communication with partners, clients, and ecosystem collaboratorsLeverage a strong professional network to expand business and project opportunitiesQualifications
2–5 years of experience in consulting, business development, investment promotion, international trade, or related fieldsMBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferredDemonstrated experience in lead generation and prospect engagementUnderstanding of U.S.–India trade and investment frameworks is highly desirableExcellent communication, presentation, and project management skillsProactive and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, cross-cultural environmentsAdditional Requirements

CTC for probationary period is 7.5-10 LPA, commensurate with experience. Growth of up to 30% post probation is subject to meeting of KPIs
