We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with a technical mindset, ideally with experience in retail or e-commerce domain and a focus on integration and API testing. The ideal candidate should be able to work across cross-functional teams to validate data and workflows across sales, purchase order systems, CRM, third-party applications, and back-end platforms

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform end-to-end testing across retail and integration layers (e.g., order processing, CRM, third-party systems)
  • Focus on API testing - validate request / response payloads and data consistency across systems
  • Analyze business requirements related to sales, purchase orders, and integrations
  • Design and execute integration test cases based on system interaction and data flow
  • Raise and track defects with detailed reproduction steps and payload references
  • Ensure seamless data exchange between systems such as CRM, Business Central (BC), and e-commerce platforms
  • Maintain high-quality test documentation and update test status reports regularly
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives)

We are looking for 4 to 6 years of manual testing experience in retail, e-commerce, or ERP domains

Strong understanding of APIs, payload validation, and integration flow

Ability to use tools like Postman or Swagger for API testing

Proficient in writing clear and specific test cases for multi-system scenarios

Familiarity with sales order and purchase order workflows

Experience in test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)

Solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
