Job Summary :

The UI Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals.
Create mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and maintain brand integrity.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.

Familiarity with motion design and animation principles.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
