We're on the hunt for a driven Recruitment Specialist who’s ready to make an impact—supporting clients across various sectors while building strong relationships with exceptional talent.

  • Office Hours : 4 AM – 1 PM IST, Monday to Friday
  • Location : Trifecta Adatto, Mahadevapura, Bangalore (working from office all 5 days)
  • Salary : Top-tier salary for the right candidate, with additional incentives

Your Skills & Experience

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • End-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates
  • Coordinate interview logistics, reference checks, and background verification
  • Maintain and update recruitment pipelines using ATS and CRM systems

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re confident engaging with both clients and candidates
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Experience in Australian recruitment is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
