About the Role :

We are looking for a K2 Developer / Lead who has successfully delivered end-to-end K2 projects and can contribute both as a hands-on developer and a technical lead . The ideal candidate will be experienced in workflow automation, BPM tools, and full-stack application development within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement K2 workflows and SmartForms using K2 Blackpearl and K2 Five platforms.
• Lead and deliver enterprise-level automation projects , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Perform analysis, design, and development of web and windows-based n-tier applications .
• Work extensively with RDBMS (MS SQL Server) for database design, normalization, and data migration.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes to implement business logic.
• Integrate K2 workflows with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs for seamless business process automation.
• Participate actively in the software development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies .
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across all developed solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
