QA Tester

Job Summary (in list format) :

• Serve as a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester within an Agile team.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, or Playwright.
• Perform both manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure high quality.
• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Document test cases and track defects using test management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Conduct API testing and integrate it into the automation suite (preferred).
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, documentation teams, and product owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify potential usability issues from a user's perspective to enhance user experience.
• Apply analytical skills to identify risk areas, estimate testing scope, and improve product quality.
• Continuously assess and contribute to the improvement of testing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.
• Required : ISTQB certification and 4+ years of QA experience.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and types of testing.
• Proficient in test automation frameworks and Python scripting.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have : Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured), exposure to CI / CD pipelines, and knowledge of performance or security testing.
