Senior Researcher

We are seeking a highly innovative and driven Senior Researcher to join Cradlepoint's AI Research lab. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing AI research by exploring emerging techniques in Agentic AI and Reinforcement Learning, and extending state-of-the-art methodologies to solve real-world problems in mobile communication systems. You will have the opportunity to influence research projects from conceptualization to delivery, contributing to the future of AI-Native Networks.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Advance AI research by exploring emerging techniques in Agentic AI and Reinforcement Learning , and extending the state-of-the-art to solve real-world problems in mobile communication systems.
• Invent and adapt AI techniques to contribute towards AI-driven networks .
• Define and develop research concepts and demonstrate their viability for adoption in products.
• Contribute to research projects in teams with diverse talents.
• Collaborate and coordinate with global research teams across varied competence areas, taking ownership and responsibility for the timely delivery of research modules.
• Contribute to scientific publications and patents to enhance Cradlepoint's intellectual property portfolio and reinforce its reputation as a leader in AI for mobile networks.
