About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator  .

This role is pivotal in ensuring  accurate, data-backed cost estimations  across projects involving  countertops, cabinets, casegoods, flooring, and windows . The Senior Estimator will collaborate closely with the project and procurement teams to produce competitive bids, improve cost efficiency, and strengthen our pricing intelligence for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed  quantity takeoffs  and cost estimates for projects involving countertops, cabinets, casegoods, flooring, and windows.
• Analyze project drawings, plans, and specifications to prepare  comprehensive cost summaries and bid proposals .
• Collaborate with  project managers, engineers, and procurement teams  to ensure clarity on scope and deliverables.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy, alignment with scope, and cost competitiveness.
• Maintain a  central cost database  to improve historical tracking, pricing accuracy, and project benchmarking.
• Support  bid preparation and submission , including documentation, pricing breakdowns, and technical clarifications.
• Monitor  market trends, material prices, and freight costs  to ensure estimates remain competitive and reflective of current conditions.
• Contribute to  process improvement  by refining estimation tools, templates, and workflows for speed and accuracy.
