Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Personal Branding & Network Growth Manager to work directly with the company founder. This hybrid role blends digital communication, branding, and high-level strategic networking to elevate the founder’s presence, build meaningful national and international business relationships, and explore partnership / tie-up opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Personal Brand Management
  • Manage and grow the founder's profile and professional brand.
  • Create and publish engaging, thought-leadership content (posts, articles, comments).
  • Monitor industry trends and opportunities to position the founder as a thought leader.
  • Business Networking & Relationship Building
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, founders, CXOs, and professionals across geographies.
  • Engage with national and international networks for business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain a CRM-style tracking sheet for connections, follow-ups, and warm leads.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Research and initiate conversations with potential business partners, collaborators, or industry influencers.
  • Prepare pitch decks, introductory mails, or proposals when required.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual / in-person networking events or meetings.
  • Founder Assistance in Reputation Management
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and values across all founder-facing communication.
  • Help in managing public perception, awards, interviews, and media visibility.

Required Skills :

  • Strong command over , personal branding, and digital communication.
  • Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to engage and build meaningful connections.
  • Understanding of startup / business ecosystems (India & global) is a plus.
  • Organized and self-driven with a knack for relationship-building and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of business development, branding, and content marketing.
  • Preferred Background :

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in founder’s office, executive assistant, PR, or B2B growth roles.
