AMDM Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management & Execution :

Lead and manage all civil works on solar power project sites from initiation to completion.

Oversee all site preparation activities including grading excavation foundation work and the construction of civil structures such as mounting systems cable trenches and inverters.

Ensure quality control on all civil works ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings specifications and safety regulations.

Lead motivate and manage a team of engineers supervisors and laborers to execute civil works.

Control and manage the civil works budget ensuring efficient use of resources controlling costs and minimizing wastage.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement safety programs on-site.

Serve as the main point of contact for all civil-related aspects of the project for both internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress civil works status issues and solutions.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field. A masters degree or additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.

9-12 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5 years in the solar industry including large-scale solar projects.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques especially for solar power plant projects.
