Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support :
- Provide troubleshooting for software on Windows and / or Mac systems.
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise software solutions.
Networking & Database :
Assist with basic networking issues (TCP / IP, DNS).Support database queries using SQL.Implementation & Support :
Assist in software implementation or configuration as required.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.Customer Interaction :
Handle queries professionally via email, chat, or phone.Maintain a high standard of communication for international clients.Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and escalations.Provide status updates to stakeholders.Skills Required
