KEY ROLE AREAS :
1. To work with Head of Operations on top strategic initiatives around supply chain with high impact on company's profitability and operational efficiency
2. Lead strategic initiatives improving overall supply chain efficiency with focus on delivery cost and TAT
3. Identify key data metrics to track and work to improve data visibility on the same
4. Build multiple data products around forecasting customer's Expected Delivery Date with extensive modeling and logic formation on historical data
5. Monitor performance of currently live data models impacting customer experience directly
6. Own overall order allocation engine basis multiple order related variables
7. Deep dive into logistics network study and identify areas of improvements impacting cost and time of delivery
8. Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast pace projects
9. Engage with existing operations team to map out key process improvements required; build SOPs, execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized
10. Identify product initiatives needed to drive strategic initiatives; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed Energetic and Hungry individual who is willing to learn and grow with our startup
