About the role This role ensures merchants move to Loop smoothly by owning the technical side of onboarding and subscription data migration. You will manage end-to-end migration workflows, support onboarding specialists, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high data accuracy with zero-error execution. The role blends backend operations, basic scripting, Shopify know-how, testing, and documentationideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and enabling seamless merchant go-lives. Responsibilities Client Onboarding : Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants. Data migration : Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors. Technical Support : Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded. Shopify Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation. Ideal Profile Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related role. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
