Role Summary :

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless event delivery. You'll own the client journey from brief to execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary client point-of-contact

Understand client goals, budgets, and branding needs

Coordinate internal teams for flawless execution

Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Present proposals and post-event reports

Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities

Requirements :

3+ years in event client servicing

Strong communication and project management skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative

Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and project tools

Knowledge of event trends and hybrid formats preferred
