Timings : 6 days, 9 : 30 am – 6 pm

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Controller to lead our finance department. This is a senior role that blends comprehensive accounting oversight with strategic financial partnership. You will be responsible for all statutory compliance, financial accounting, and management reporting.

This position involves light CFO duties, requiring you to provide strategic insights, manage cash flow, and guide business units using financial data. You will manage a team of junior accountants and work directly with senior management to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Filings & Compliance

• GST : Oversee all GST-related activities, including accurate and timely filing of returns (GSTR-1, 3 B, etc.) and management of the E-Way Bill process.
• Direct Tax : Ensure full compliance with Income Tax and TDS regulations, including calculations, payments, and return filings.
• Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for our external Chartered Accountants, managing audits, finalizations, and any advisory matters.
