This Role is for You If :
You have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, ideally in a B2 B Saa S or PLG company.
You are an expert in at least one paid channel (e.g., Google Ads) and "T-shaped" enough to manage the others.
You are highly analytical and data-driven. You speak in terms of CVR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
You are a builder at heart. The idea of creating a growth machine from scratch excites you more than running an existing one.
You are an entrepreneur. You understand the "skin in the game" mindset and are motivated by mission, ownership, and equity over a cushy corporate salary.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, making decisions with 80% of the data and learning quickly.
