Job Title - Growth Marketer
Role Overview
We seek a results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team and spearhead marketing initiatives accelerating customer acquisition, activation, and retention. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical thinking to develop and execute data-informed marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns targeting SMB decision-makers
- Manage customer acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling messaging and content
- Develop and execute A / B tests to continuously refine marketing approaches
- Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution
- Build and optimize marketing funnels across the customer journey
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices in the SMB SaaS space
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS productsProven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and retentionStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisionsExperience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics toolsKnowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in marketing to small and medium business owners preferred
