About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our crucial support team as an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator at Raelene Boyle Village in Aberfeldie. This is a Part Time Position Working Monday 0930-1630 and Sunday 1000-1600 in Our Care Centre.
We love when our lifestyle coordinators use their creative flair to make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents. This is a diverse role, and no two days are the same! You will :
Plan, schedule, facilitate and run activities within our villageEnsure our activities calendar meets requirements around physical, mental and social activitiesCurate and develop flyers / communications around monthly eventsPromote happiness, wellbeing, and quality of life for all residentsWork closely with the broader activities team to ensure our events calendar runs smoothlyRun our resident bingo - it sure is a fan favouriteAssist in the delivery of various workshops, social and craft activities. Anything from bake offs, fashion shows and even floristry demonstrationsAccompany residents on various outingsAbout You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have :
Strong empathyOutstanding communication skillsA creative flair you're not afraid to let shineCertificate III / IV in Leisure & Lifestyle is desired (but not essential for the right candidate)We'd also love you to have experience working in Aged care but that's not essential.About Ryman
