• As an Associate in Projects Management supporting the Middle Office, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.
• You will play a key role in supporting project demand and prioritization, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and strategic goals.
• You will assist in evaluating business requirements, contribute to new system implementations and enhancements to existing platforms, and help drive projects related to new business initiatives, regulatory changes, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
• Collaboration is central to this role, as you will work closely with technology teams, operations, and business users to help set project direction and agree on timelines and priorities.
• You will support the organization and facilitation of governance forums to manage stakeholder expectations and promote transparent decision-making, and assist with New Business Initiative Approvals (NBIAs) related to Middle Office workflows.
• Your responsibilities will include helping to allocate resources effectively, ensuring stakeholder coverage, and proactively identifying and communicating cross-impacts, risks, and issues.
• You will support the tracking of project issues and help resolve conflicts between concurrent programs and projects.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as you will provide timely updates to stakeholders, assist with regular business communications and monthly reports to senior management, and contribute to periodic business review management reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple Operations teams and participate in firm-wide forums addressing regulatory changes to help ensure compliance and operational readiness.
