Responsibilities :
- Minimum 2 client meet per day with minimum 4 productive hours of time with proper agenda and conversion for implementation work.
- To reach on time at client place is mandatory, if getting later need to update SBSPL and client in advance.
- Checkin and Checkout through INFO WARN HRMS APP are mandatory at every client meet.
- Responsible for payment collection against service.
- PDC needs to be collected on the first service meet.
- To Retain Clients along with getting References and by giving successful effective services.
- Responsible for the nonsatisfaction of clients due to your work.
- Weekly report, once a week is a must, Service managers are required to present in detail about client improvement and their contribution.
- To confirm the meeting via call and mail.
- Responsible for client satisfaction with growth and improvement in the working agenda should be clear before the meeting.
- Work should be completed as per TAT given by SBSPL.
- To update management immediately on a time-to-time basis about satisfaction / nonsatisfaction of services.
- Research solutions, frameworks, and methodologies to address specific project needs.
- Conduct external and internal research using primary and secondary sources; identify and verify the most accurate, appropriate sources which will help to develop fact bases.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including external market sizing.
- Inform analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems.
- Concurrently deliver on portions of multiple strategy projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment with implementing Best business practice
- Develop effective working relationships with internal clients and colleagues
- Provide ongoing support to the Strategy team and key clients
- Maintain team’s online repositories and network lists, and respond to related requests for information
- Contributes toward the development of strategies and programs for large, strategically important regional and global clients
- Independently identifies issues in a defined area of analysis, structures analysis with oversight and synthesizes own analysis and identifies relevant implications
- Support the development of recommendations, and prepares and deliver prepared presentations
- Leverages understanding of immediate clients’ needs and agenda to provide creative input into the project
- Providing solutions to clients as per requirement & evaluation
- Develops day-to-day working relationships with entry-level management
- Identifies engagement risks in the immediate area of responsibility
- Supports intellectual capital development from client work and incorporates insights from related intellectual capital / project initiatives
- Contributes to proposal preparation
- Identifies client challenges and brings ideas on opportunities to the attention of senior staff.
