Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager
• Strong understanding of MERN Stack development workflows
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong client communication & requirement-gathering abilities
• Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, or Notion
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design)
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
