Oracle Fusion Service Contracts Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Service Contracts implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Implement subscription management within the Service Contracts module.
• Configure and maintain all aspects of service contracts, including templates, terms, renewals, billing schedules, and entitlements.
• Collaborate with Order Management teams to orchestrate services and ensure seamless integration with service contracts.
• Maintain and configure inventory master and service SKUs in alignment with service contracts and order management requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end knowledge of all service contracts business processes, including setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Work closely with business users to provide training, documentation, and support for Service Contracts processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Service Contracts and related integrations.
