Forecast Regional sales planAnalyze regional sales results, retail metrics (Sales, UPT, ABV etc.) and work towards target achievement.Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers in a position to understand service requirements. Control store operations for the region - Stock loss, Expenditures, Store Operating cost etc.Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales people.Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthResponsible for stores VM for the region.Discover new opportunities for growth.Support Store Managers & Area Managers with their day-to-day store operations. Evaluate store and individual performances for the region.Ensure availability of merchandise and services as per company standards.Ensure SOPs are being followed by all stores.Maintain the stability and reputation of the stores by complying with legal requirements.Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Master s Degree and at least 10-12 years of working experience in a relative field Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into reporting across multiple levels of the organization
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement
- Goal orientated : ability to stay focused on delivering results
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels required.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
