Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project goals and market trends.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and oversee project-specific launches and campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor the sales team, including channel partners and relationship managers.
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Provide training and performance evaluations.

    • Revenue Generation

  • Drive direct and channel sales for all real estate projects.
  • Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and cash flow milestones.
  • Optimize pricing strategy and inventory movement.

    • Customer Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey : inquiry handling, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and documentation.
