Job Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven s Executive to join our broadband company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales acquiring new customers and promoting broadband services in assigned territories. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers in the field educating them about our products and services and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for broadband services through field visits networking and referrals.
- Customer Engagement : Meet with prospective customers explain the benefits of our broadband products and address any questions or concerns.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct on-site sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase broadband offerings and promotions.
- Market Research : Identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities within the territory.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage customer loyalty and referrals.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities pipeline and results to management.
- Brand Representation : Represent the company at local events exhibitions and in the community to build brand awareness.
- Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of services and products.
- Problem Solving : Address customer complaints or issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in field sales ideally in the telecom or broadband industry is a plus.Sales Skills : Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.Customer Focus : A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Tech-Savvy : Understanding of broadband products and services or willingness to quickly learnpresentations,sales presentations,relationship building,sales skills,self-motivation,sales targets,customer engagement,broadband,customer feedback,market research,brand representation,customer focus,reporting,sales,communication,problem solving,tech-savvy,sales generation
