- Purpose of the Job
- Configuration, implementation and support of SAP FI (GL / AR / AP / AA) & CO (CCA / COPC / COPA / PS) Modules.
- Troubleshooting and debuggingABAP programs, SAP Query development and involvement in data migration (LSMW).
- Investigates, analyses, solvesproblems and maps user businessrequirements, processes and objectives. Develops necessary modifications / enhancements to address user needs.
- Support global SAP consultants on SAP-related projects.
- Job Tasks and Business Decisions
- Provide day-to-day operational support in FICO modules and corresponding authorizations.
- Identify gaps, issues,and workaround solutions. Create functional requirements to support application design, build, test, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with business processowners and local users to ensure compliance with global business processes.
- Troubleshoot ABAP programs and assist business users in decision-making.
- Handle FICO incidents, change requests, and SAP-related projectswhile meeting SLA and timelines.
- Manage user authorization (including creating / changing roles and user administration) in SCM modules, following proper approval processes.
- Escalate change requests or solutioning to global SAP consultants.
- Execute other ad hocchange requests, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Ensure adherence to standards for documentation, development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures.
- Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO. Knowledge of other SAP
modules (SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, IBP, EHS) is advantageous. SAP certification and ABAP / form development skills are preferable.
Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO.SAP Basis knowledge is a plus.Experience with implementation processes : process design,configuration, change control, testing,data conversion, training, documentation, go-live, and post-support.Proficient Englishcommunication skills (verbaland written).Ability to work independently and collaboratively acrossdifferent time zones and regions.Business ImpactKey performance indicators or relevantcost / budget metrics as applicable.
