About the Role
Manage Food Packaging Business for West India Territory in Dairy, Fluids - Aseptic / Non Aseptic, Poultry, India Foods, Produce and Protein Sectors. Initiate new business opportunities to strengthen the West India Region Food Packaging business.
Responsibilities
- Sales operations & Business Development in Food Packaging Business
- Achieve Sales numbers / collections
- Create Sustainable customer Satisfaction
- Develop new and existing accounts in the territory & accountable to deliver business objectives for the territory.
- Receivables management.
Key Activities
Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory through execution of our Food Packaging applications in Dairy, Fluids - Aseptic / Non Aseptic, Poultry, India Foods, Produce and Protein Sectors in West India.Maintain & maximise the sales with the customer group.Timely collection of payments.Continuous opportunity spotting and develop new business on a regular basis.Development and delivering of presentations and proposals.Sound understanding of the commercial environment.Hands on approach & conducting trials for food applications.Aptitude for Market Research & Business HuntingCarrying out performance / prove-in trials.Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer.Problem solving during performance issues.Maintaining regular service visits / reports.Maintaining a positive customer perception for Sealed Air.Owner of the customer account within Sealed Air in all aspects.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's Packaging processes and their customer / business needs.Internal Sales operations and process compliance.Qualifications
Essential : B.E, B. TechDesirable : MBARequired Skills and experience :
Ability to put subject knowledge to use.Basic Knowledge of Packaging particularly various consumables related to food packaging.Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.Excellent Communication & Reporting skills along with Negotiation.Drive for results, Customer Focus, Integrity and trust.Passion for value selling in a competitive environment.At least 5+ years of experience in similar functions
