Conduct in-depth talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support executive sourcing efforts. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Lead offer negotiations and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates during the closing process. Stay current with talent acquisition trends, labor market insights, and sourcing best practices.
Job description
- Good experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level talent acquisition & C-Level hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully placing leadership talent across industries.
- Source high-caliber candidates using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, headhunting, and search firms.
- exposure on handling any GCC clients.
- Strong understanding of leadership assessment methodologies and interview techniques.
- Experience working with executive search tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
