  • About The Job :

    • We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our VeriTouch Financial CRM solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service concepts, and their applications in Financial Services.
    • This role involves envisioning, prioritizing, and developing the features and functions of the VeriTouch product to meet the needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.
    • What You Will Be Doing :

    • Product Leadership : Lead the product team and establish the product vision.
    • Prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
    • Direct reports include Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, and UI / UX teams.
    • Strategic Roadmap : Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
    • Feature Definition : Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements, customer feedback, and project delivery team inputs.
    • Guiding Vision : Create a clear product vision and goals to guide product team and stakeholders.
    • Backlog Prioritization : Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that tasks deliver maximum - business and customer value.
    • Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to provide feedback, accept deliverables, and adjust the product backlog as needed.
    • Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a bridge between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of product vision and requirements across all parties.
    • Documentation and Assets : Oversee the creation and maintenance of product assets, including functional requirements, test cases, implementation guides, user guides, trainings and others.
    • Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements for existing products.
    • Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
    • Sales Support : Provide guidance and support to sales and pre-sales teams, including defining sales plans and articulating the product's value proposition to customers.
    • Project Support : Collaborate with professional services teams to support projects implementing the product.
    • Customer Success Collaboration : Assist the customer success team with roadmap presentations, obtaining product feedback, and providing pre-sales support for product features.
    • Industry Engagement : Attend sales meetings, pre-sales discussions, and marketing events as required.
    • Technology Application : Assess emerging technologies and their applicability to business needs.
    • Business Cases : Prepare business cases in collaboration with stakeholders and oversee their implementation with the development team.
    • What We Are Looking For :

    • Experience : 15+ years of experience in software product development and solution delivery within the Banking and Financial Services industry, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    • CRM Expertise : Proven track record of delivering CRM solutions with a strong understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing concepts in Financial Services.
    • Collaboration Skills : Exceptional ability to collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners / agencies to develop and execute cohesive strategies.
    • Team Leadership : Demonstrated experience successfully managing product teams and delivering impactful solutions.
    • Regulatory Knowledge : Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
    • Agile Methodology : Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies; certifications such as PMP and ITIL are advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
