Company Secretary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of post-qualification experience with strong expertise in compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in matters related to the Companies Act and FEMA .

Professionals with a CS qualification , or those with an L.L.B degree and a solid track record in corporate secretarial functions , are welcome to apply.
