Assess the existing automation framework and toolset for data validation, ensuring seamless implementation within the customer landscape.
Enhance functionality as needed, and collaborate with third-party vendors to develop additional features when required.
- Plan, design, and execute both manual and automated testing for the Customer Data Platform, ensuring alignment with the defined data strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with client business and technical stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program objectives, effectively articulate the roadmap, and define a structured process to achieve the desired end-state.
- Lead the design and implementation of a robust data testing automation framework, collaborating with the onsite lead for seamless execution.
- Manage technical dependencies with the customer’s technical team and ensure critical information is effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze customer feedback, decisions, and concerns, developing clear action plans to address them in a timely and efficient manner.- Keep Qualitest and client leadership informed of project status, potential risks, and key issues, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of the Agile operating model.Solid foundational knowledge in testing methodologies and test automation.Hands-on experience in Data and ETL / ELT testing.Proficiency in MS SQL Server, SQL, Python, AWS S3, and SSIS / SSRS.Nice to Have : Kafka and PySparkExperience in designing and development of test automation frameworks.Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
