Model-Based Systems Engineer (Rhapsody SE Expert)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Model-Based Systems Engineer with expertise in IBM Rhapsody to lead systems modeling and traceability within complex product development programs. This is an onsite role in Bangalore, ideal for engineers with deep experience in SysML / UML modeling, MBSE frameworks, and integration across the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain. The ideal candidate brings not just tool knowledge but also strong engineering thinking, documentation discipline, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Model Design & Maintenance

• Develop, refine, and maintain system architecture models using IBM Rhapsody
• Apply best practices in SysML / UML to represent functional, behavioral, and structural aspects
• Drive consistency, clarity, and completeness in models through defined guidelines and review cycles
