Senior PHE Draughtsman

to join our dynamic engineering team in

Navi Mumbai

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

Public Health Engineering (PHE)

design and drafting, combined with a strong command of AutoCAD and leadership skills to manage teams and project coordination. If you're passionate about delivering excellence in

building services

coordinating across disciplines, and leading high-impact projects—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Prepare design calculations, detailed drawings, and documentation in line with client requirements and standards. Develop Design Basis Reports, Presentations, and Tender Packages (Drawings, BOQs, Technical Specs). Deliver accurate BOQs and quantity take-offs with supporting documentation. Lead and mentor the design / drafting team; ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Manage design phases, QA / QC processes, resource planning, and project delivery schedules. Coordinate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation. Support bidding and estimation processes; attend client and site meetings. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field. 8–10 years of experience in

PHE design and drafting

especially within building services. Proficient in

AutoCAD

knowledge of

Revit MEP

is a plus. Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. Proven team management, coordination, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
