Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong knowledge of construction operations and hands-on experience using Jobpac? We’re partnering with a respected construction company looking for a process-focused analyst to help drive smarter decisions across projects and business functions.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between operational teams and systems, using your industry knowledge and Jobpac expertise to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and ensure the business gets the most out of its systems and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Work closely with project, finance, and systems teams to gather requirements
Lead the configuration, support, and optimisation of Jobpac
Design and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders
Support systems integration and user training
Act as a key point of contact for process and systems queries
About You
Mandatory : Proven experience working with Jobpac in a construction environment
3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within construction or related industries
Solid understanding of construction project lifecycle, costing, and finance workflows
Comfortable translating technical and business needs into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications in Business, IT, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
