Job Description :
Looking for a Digital Lead to partner with APAC Commercial Leadership Team and help turn the Consumer Health vision into meaningful, tech-enabled business outcomes. This strategic role will lead digital transformation efforts across region, including high-growth markets like India and North Asia.
This position will focus on implementing AI-driven eCommerce, CRM, and marketing capabilities. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration to drive business results, ensure proper resource allocation, and promote a culture of digital innovation and adoption.
The ideal candidate will balance both technical and commercial responsibilities to deliver measurable outcomes across the Consumer Health business in Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with APAC leadership and customer / category / technical teams to convert strategic vision into actionable digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with global Consumer Health digital teams to align on strategy and navigate trade-offs at an enterprise level.
- Prioritise and fund high-impact digital initiatives, aligning with platform teams during annual planning.
- Lead cross-functional squads to implement technology solutions for key business outcomes.
- Work closely with platform leads to define short-term technical milestones aligned with long-term business goals.
- Track and report progress on digital initiatives, share key insights and learnings quarterly with APA leadership.
- Coach teams to drive adoption and maximize the value of digital tools and platforms.
- Champion a product- and platform-based digital operating model and support AI-driven transformation.
- Take ownership of at least one strategic enterprise-level initiative, working closely with platform unit leads.
