About the Role :
This role is primarily focused on commercial partnership sales sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing, and managing brand collaborations that add substantial revenue and expand Hudles footprint. A solid understanding of marketing principles supports building compelling partnership activations and campaigns, but selling and business development drive this roles core function.
Key Partnership Sales Leadership : Own the end-to-end sales process of corporate partnerships and alliances prospecting, pitching, negotiating, deal closing, and contract management.
- Revenue Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver measurable revenue impact from alliances aligned with Hudles growth and monetisation goals.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, regular reporting, and consistent follow-ups to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to design and support co-marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and activations that enhance partner engagement and joint value.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term, senior-level relationships with brand partners, agencies, and stakeholders, driving mutual commercial success.
- Strategic Negotiation : Lead complex contract negotiations with a focus on maximising partnership value while protecting Hudles interests.
- Market Insight : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership innovations to position Hudle as a preferred partner in sports 4+ years of experience in partnership sales, business development, or account management with emphasis on sales and revenue generation in related sectors (sports, tech, lifestyle, or media).
- Demonstrated success in deal negotiation, closing, and managing premium brand partnerships.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to blend sales focus and marketing understanding to create compelling partnership propositions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.
